Remote/Virtual Hearings and Appointments

Hamilton County Juvenile Court successfully continued operations, hearings and services during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the Court now uses protected video conferences for court hearings and appointments. These services are held through the web conferencing platform Zoom.

Zoom notices and instructions for using Zoom are mailed with your court notice and include a phone number to call if you need assistance.

Instructions

To access your hearing, follow these steps:

• Open Zoom on your device
• Click “Join a Meeting”
• Enter the meeting ID assigned to your Judge or Magistrate, which is included in your letter or listed below
• In the box below the meeting ID, add your name
• Click “Join”
• Enter the passcode 8002020
• Click “Join Meeting”
• You will be directed to a waiting room 
• When the Judge or Magistrate is ready, they will allow you to join the meeting
• Be sure to turn your video and audio on
